Welcome to the Time of Change website, this website is for the Time of Change Battletech Play by Email games and rule set. Currently I am running no Play by Email games but the information from Time of Change 3025, my first game, is still up on the website for you to look at and to see what happened. But I am working on a new game, Time of Change 2: 3050. You can find out more information by going to that section of the website.
My plan for the Time of Change Battletech PBEM Rules (version 5.0 in the works) is to have rules that can be adapted to any time period in Battletech history or alternate time periods. The current version (4.0) that is on the website for download in PDF format was the last updated version from Time of Change 3025. The new version will try to explain every aspect of the game and will be better organized. Also certain section of the rules will be optional rules for different time periods in the battletech universe.
